For Surfers
- How do I book a lesson? Browse instructors on the home screen, select a package, choose a date, and confirm your booking. The instructor will accept or decline your request.
- How do I pay? Payment is handled securely through the app. You can pay with bank transfer or credit/debit card.
- Can I cancel a booking? Yes, you can cancel a pending booking from the booking details screen. Once a booking is accepted, please message the instructor to discuss cancellation.
- How do I message my instructor? Open your booking details and tap the "Message" button to start a conversation with your instructor.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Profile and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen. This will permanently remove your account and personal data.
For Instructors
- How do I get listed? Download the Shred Instructor app, create your profile, add your packages and availability, and you'll appear in search results for surfers nearby.
- How do I manage bookings? New booking requests appear on your home screen. You can accept or decline each request. Accepted bookings show up in your upcoming schedule.
- How do I set my availability? Go to Lessons, then Schedule to set your weekly availability. Surfers can only book during your available time slots.
- How do I get paid? Configure your payout settings in the app with your bank details. Earnings from completed lessons are transferred to your account.

If you encounter a bug, inappropriate content, or need to report another user, you can:
- Use the report function in the app (available in message conversations).
- Email us at support@shredguru.app with details of the issue.
